The Hilton was a comfortable and quiet stay for us, exactly what we needed. The room had no view, but it was clean and provided a peaceful atmosphere, even with the smoke alarm battery beeping all night. The service was excellent with efficient room service and housekeeping. The location is amazing, very close to the beach, restaurants, and Old San Juan. The dining options were diverse and delicious. While the hotel felt overcrowded and lacked a lifeguard near the busy area, it was still a great choice for both kids and adults.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious and clean, making it a very comfortable experience. The location was perfect, close to all the San Juan tourist spots, and felt tropical with all the plants around. However, the dining options were a bit lacking in variety. Overall, a great value for money stay with excellent comfort and convenience.
